To get these images I used a brick I found outside and shot it in front of a computer monitor with red see-through plastic . To truly get the photos to look like a rocky desert landscape I had to play with the color of the monitor in conjunction with the color of my flash.I am very pleased with how the photos turned out. They are able to fool the viewer and at the same time remain very surreal and a little off.
